This company is all about what they can charge your insurance or make you pay out of pocket. In most lines of business, especially small businesses, if you make a repair you have to back it. If I repair a customers car and that repair fails I don’t refuse to make it right because I can’t bill your insurance twice for same repair for another 3 years. My front tooth is a filling. Over the years they have consistently invested in new, upgraded equipment and stayed educated on all the improved practices and products to make our treatments the safest and most comfortable they can be. They earn our confidence with every visit.

Whoever the office manager is runs this office terribly. The doctor and staff are in-fact very compassionate and kind, if you can get past the inconsiderate policies of the office manager that the rest of the very kind and polite office staff are required to enforce. I don't know the lady's name, but she runs the office and front desk like the patients are unruly children who have to be managed strictly with zero tolerance for special needs. It's a stark mismatch to the patience and kindness of the entire rest of the staff.
