I'm writing this review to give Sylvia above and beyond 5+ Stars for her management and going above and beyond taking care of her tenants as well as her Husband Ruben for his working above and beyond the maintenance and care of Shadow Ridge Trailer Park. They are very kind and compassionate individuals who show genuine concern and interest in the people who reside in their properties. I would most definitely say that Sylvia, her husband Ruben and Shadow Ridge Trailer Park as a whole is an absolute Joy and Blessing.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is a very chill and civil mobile home park. Beautiful manager and tries to work with people the best she can.
since I have lived here Sylvia has helped me out immensely if I need something all I have to do is call her! her andVanessa really work good together and are a good team I like Vanessa as well and I just want to thank them both for helping me have a great place to live for me and my autistic daughter, this is a really good park I feel safe here everybody gets along the park is always clean we all try to stick together and help each other with whatever needs we have!
