Love this place. The doctors are honest and the staff makes me feel at home. They really know how to work with those with dental anxiety.
We were looking for a new dentist who took our insurance on very short notice. Left messages with 4 different practices and only Jamie from Shadow Ridge called back. She worked tirelessly to get us an appointment quickly. The experience with the hygienist and doctor was just as pleasant and quick. At 67 this was not our first experience with a dentist, but it will be our last experience with a “new” one. Highly recommended.
Shadow Ridge has provided excellent service for our entire family (dental and orthodontics!). The entire staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
This place is always on top of their game. I drive 30+ miles just to go here... even got my husband to come and become a patient here. Everyone, and I mean from the front office staff to the back office staff, is so friendly. It's more like visiting extended family that also works on your mouth than just going to the dentist. Love how you don't have to answer a whole lot of questions while their hands are in your mouth... that always annoyed me at other places.
