Staff is extremely combative. They call acting friendly and start getting snippy and condescending if you ask questions. They always act like I’m bothering them, also apparently the cameras don’t work. That was told to me as if I was supposed to know that

During an incredibly challenging time while my daughter was in the hospital, the ladies in the office ( this two WONDERFUL LADIES), went above and beyond to support me. They made the process of securing a studio apartment seamless, fast, and stress-free. I love my actual apartment. The closet and open space living room is nice. However I don’t appreciate working with the office people. You’re always told something and then they apologize for not knowing their own policies which you’d think they would since they work there. So you end up getting mislead constantly on multiple occasions now. I have shared this with them and the only thing they can do is apologize. It’s so disheartening. Tati, Alize thee: wemon are very professional and they're very friendly the property manager and leasing these two women are very professional they're were able to answer my general questions regarding this interest at this community. I recommend anyone who's looking for a community to contact this community. Shemika
