I love my actual apartment. The closet and open space living room is nice. However I don’t appreciate working with the office people. You’re always told something and then they apologize for not knowing their own policies which you’d think they would since they work there. So you end up getting mislead constantly on multiple occasions now. I have shared this with them and the only thing they can do is apologize. It’s so disheartening. Pros and cons to everything. I lived here 18 months as of June 2026. Pros: Nice grass in Phase 2. A park next door. Area is close to everything in Scottsdale, Tempe, and not far from downtown Phoenix. Management very nice, until they want to charge you for something. Cons: Very old apartments. “Resurfaced” tub started peeling within a month. They resurfaced it again with very strong chemicals and spray that stayed in my apartment for weeks, for it to start peeling again within a month. Phase 2 pool was green for months. I been here a year now. I love my community for the most part. Some people leave a lot to be desired. This is a none smoking community. (But not everyone follows that lease agreement rule) Which is really hard for people like me who have chronic asthma and need to be extremely careful. As all apartments there's always a couple bad apples. People who don't want to follow rules. I've watched a lot of things change since moving in. I enjoy the trees the most. Listening to the birds.
