Just moved in and had a great experience so far. Ely was super helpful and kind throughout the process. She took the time to show me the exact apartments I was interested in and answered all my questions, which made everything a lot easier. Because of her help, I was able to find the right place and move in the very next week.
The property itself is lovely and very well maintained. The landscaping and overall atmosphere make it a really nice place to live. The office staff are always helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with whenever I’ve had questions. Maintenance has also been great—requests are handled quickly and the team is friendly and respectful. Overall, it’s a pleasant community with a staff that genuinely seems to care about the residents.
I’ve lived at Shadow Ridge Apartments for 10 years, and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful place to call home. The new management team has done an outstanding job over the past few years. You can really see the positive changes in how well the property is maintained and how responsive they are to residents. Poor management!! The lady in the office is very rude, I heard her on the phone with a resident raising her voice and very hostile. They charge people for their own convenience, even when you abide by their rules and regulations. My aunt was evicted from this place after she paid her full rent and is now living on the street. There’s mold in some units, Even the neighbors complain about how nothing is done on time and maintenance request takes weeks to fix.
