The water in the pool and spa is greenish black. If there was a body in the bottom, you wouldn’t be able to see it. I’m sure the mosquitoes appreciate it so much more than the residents. If they’re not going to keep it clean, they should empty it. The quality of this awesome property has deteriorated immensely in the past year. Upper management should be ashamed.
They advertise this place as pet friendly and then get rid of almost all of the grass, so good luck walking your dog. My friend lives here and she has mold IN HER SHOWER. Do better.
The most racist apartment complex in Arizona. I’m a black male I was outside minding my own business visiting my friend. A lady and a male came to me on a golf cart asking me do I live here and I told them I’m visiting a friend, then they as for the building letter and apartment number and told me I can’t be outside because I’m making the neighbors uncomfortable and I look suspicious 😂.. they proceed to call the police and try and get me trespassed.
