I love Shadow Ridge! It's a hidden gem here in Scottsdale. There is a sense of community here that is missing from the other complexes I toured before moving here a year ago. The grounds are lush, green and beautiful. Very well kept! There are several BBQ areas with multiple tables that give a sense of comraderie here. Alize is rude and unprofessional.
Please do not move here After living here for two years I couldn’t be more excited to move out of this dump. High turn over rate at the office, there’s a new person working every week. One person will tell you one thing and the new person tells another. They use the excuse that the person no longer works there to justify a higher bill or new policy.
