If your looking for an apartment with a great managent & maintenance team, Shadow Ridge should be your choice. An upate: Eric was courteous and helped me confirm to an agreement about the at&t internet($75) that is now included in my new lease. Shadow Ridge is giving me a gift card to equal the $20 a month I would lose on my lease because my current at&t internet bill is $55. Also, I requested a 15 month lease instead of 12 month lease, and it was granted. also, the maintenance team at shadow ridge are top tier still.
I will change my rating and review in detail after my moving out from 10419 apartment. When I talked to someone in office verbally, they said that 30 days' notice is enough, So I have given notice on 08/08th. since my contract is ending on 09/15th. Then they said that need 60 days' notice. 60 days is 08/08-10/06. The owner responded to my review. Me encantó vivir en esta comunidad, lugar seguro y tranquilo, el personal de mantenimiento son los mejores siempre responden de inmediato al igual las muchachas de la oficina siempre muy amables y dispuestas ayudar ante cualquier inquietud, me sentí como en casa, siempre las áreas comunes están limpias, además de un lugar céntrico con todo a tu alcance restaurantes mercados hospitales escuelas, para mí esta comunidad es en 10/10
Catherine was amazing. My family visited over the weekend to inquire about leasing. She was so kind to us. Very wonderful to all the customers. My uncle Juan Punetes said he had an awesome experience there.
