we have been here for about 7 months and it has been great so far, maintenance is very quick to respond to any requests you put in, we’ve only had two very small non urgent issues and they came the same day, once less than an hour after i put the request in. they were very prompt with ice and snow removal and even plowed the parking spots out! would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live!
This place is amazing, it has everything you could ever imagine and they treat you so kind
Deciding to move here was one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life. The apartment I lived in was horrible. Infested with mice and roaches. The hallway always smelled so horrible that it made me nauseous every time I would walk in and out of my apartment. My downstairs neighbors always smoked drugs so my apartment always smelled like it. I will change my rating and review in detail after my moving out from 10419 apartment. The owner responded to my review. I went to leasing office several visits and made many calls, they keep saying IT department going to fix my moving out cost. Almost one month, Did not get proper answer yet. They keep sending me email to pay final moved out settlement. But they are not giving any final charges in writing. I don't know what the final charges is.
