My family and I cannot recommend Shadow Ridge enough! Things get fixed super fast, the care and quality of the staff is amazing, and all the residents are genuinely great people to be around. It’s a true community and feels like home. The leasing office always has fun treats and activities for the residents and care about us/remember us every time we walk through the door. Amazing place and best apartment complex in Simi Valley, hands-down!
Victor was very professional and helpful. He fixed the issue quickly and explained everything clearly.
A nice/quiet place to live. The office staff and maintenance staff are amazing!
