I was very impressed with Erin's level of professionalism. She was very knowledgeable, and made my tour both enjoyable and informative. I was especially comfortable in the garden setting that surrounded the complex.
After experiencing some difficulties connecting to one of the EV chargers on the property, I contacted the Leasing office for assistance. Not only did Shannon meet me at the charging station to assist me in person, she enlisted the help of her daughter once putting our heads together proved futile 😂 and I was able to successfully connect to the charger. Shannon went above and beyond to help this new resident and I am truly appreciative and grateful ☺️.
