I have been living at Shadiw Ridge for over 15 years and the management never extends any courtesy to me even though I have been a loyal tenant all these years. I made an appointment to see a larger apartment and when I went to the appointment they told me the space had been rented earlier in the day. Anything that breaks or goes wrong Shadowridge takes care of it fast, they came after hours to fix a leak in my Apartment, it's a very quiet place to live and very friendly people
Avoid even trying to get a rental from this place. They will lure you into doing an application and paying 135$ for it. And if for example you not approved for the apartment, which when advertising they lie and say that they would approve any type of credit which clearly they dont. And when they were still doing my screening they bluntantly said that 3 days have passed and i took time to complete all the steps yet i was waiting on them to do my rental verification.
