Where do I start. I am so happy we ended up here at Shadow Ridge. I was drawn in by the beautiful well kept grounds, trees and plants galore. Then I was hooked with the well maintained buildings. We have lived here a few years and I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. It’s wonderful how dog friendly it is here. I had a water leak in my apartment recently, and the management team handled it really well. Erin, Jose and Victor responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and had the issue resolved right away. It was a stressful situation, but their good communication and fast action made it much easier to deal with. I really appreciate how attentive and professional the staff were
