Cars broken into, no support from management, recurring damages to autos, dubious tenants, open access to parking and grounds, confusing apartment numbers. Nope!
I love living here me and my family have lived here for two years now and couldn’t be happier. Anytime we have an issue Julie fixes it. Maintenance is great as well the apartments are well kept throughout the years. Definitely recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a quiet clean and organized place.
To Private American: Relax, princess. My green Nissan Quest was there for only 4 months after my power steering belt broke. Life happens, and funds were tight. Instead of crying about it here, learn some empathy. Shadow Mountain is a great place, and the manager is amazing—she’s the reason I chose to stay. She’s down-to-earth, and everyone minds their business. If you don’t like it, feel free to break your lease and move out. Bye Felicia.
Update 8/3/24; NOTHING HAS CHANGED. . Free for all in parking spots. 7 broke down cars. 1 guy has 5 cars.raised rent 5xs in 5 years, which is 500$ . Was 1790 in 2020 and now its 2300. NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN PARKING. EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY WOULD. Management acts like its so hars to enforce rules. Quality of tenants she accepts has declined alot in past 5 years.
