This is the most unprofessional inexperienced company we have ever dealt with. Tom Klapper our manager tries to intimidate people by saying he has 20 plus years of experience when in reality he does not know anything about construction. He hired a roofing company to redo our roof without the board permission and said they are doing an amazing job. We now have a botched roof job and Shadow Lakes took no accountability.
