Not only is the receptionist rude and whiny, but the doctor complained the entire time I was stuck, unable to speak, in the exam chair! One dental assistant never introduced herself but addressed me by name repeatedly. I wasn't happy with the upper front temporary bridge color - it was YELLOW and my teeth are WHITE. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, these people strung me along for a week before Micheli called my house and told me he wasn't the doctor for me! Receptionist is the rudest ever!! They definitely need another one! I got in pretty good with my appt and the prices are not that bad for work. Doctor was nice for the most part, had a attitude sometimes. I would rather go to a different dentist though if i could pick.

It was a horrible experience! Pulled 2 teeth that didn't need to be pulled. Didn't fit the denture right. Charged for work that was suppose to have been included in the denture work. Would not recommend this dentist to my dog.

Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I wouldn't have even thought about making an appointment here. I called around to multiple dentists about having a root canal. Shadow Hills was able to get me in the following week. Then I heard nothing but terrible things about them! One friend told me that he had taken his father-in-law there to have a tooth pulled, & they pulled the wrong one!!! That's just one thing among many other things I was told. Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
