We have used them on multiple projects and have had honest and professional service. They carry quality brands that they know well and execute per mfg installations which is critical considering the risks associated with fireplaces.

First attempt to purchase was met with annoyance when I expressed interest and had questions about the product. My husband went in with the full intention of purchasing a stove - again was met with indifference - scheduled to have owner to come for a on sight inspection. We never heard from them - not even a call. Can't figure out how these people stay in business with such a dismissive attitude toward customers.
