NICE Not bad place to live. We have not been here to long but have notcied a few problems. Because of the woods we have alot of spiders,pincher bugs and ants! We also did our own cleaning when we moved in the place was not very clean. The bedroom is very cold! Maintance guy is very very nice. Could use a better play area nd maybe spray some kind of chemical outside to help with the huge amount of ants. But overall this is the best apts Ive lived in since moving to minnesota!

The place is just fine That person who wrote the review about maintenance and management issues is one of those "consider the source" people. No writing skills at all, and tells the story of themselves by announcing that they didn't get their deposit back. Shadow is, sure, not as good as a few luxury rentals, but they don't cost that much either. They do the best they can, and work as hard as they can to make our community comfortable. manager rude and not polite apartment manager is very irresposible and rude. maintenance night mare. u will not get ur deposit back. manager will lie and they price u high if they see u mild & calm.

close to nature The shadow green apartments are surrounded by trees and gives a feeling of being very close to nature.The apartments have patios and balconies and offer wooded views. The apartments are very spacios and airy.the only disadvantage is a common laundry room.The rentals are somewhere between 635$ -675$ for a one bedromm apartment.Its good for people who like to have scenic views.
