Very impressed with the customer service and time with the Dr I felt my concerns were listened to, addressed, and a plan to get healthy was made. Was very nice to felt heard and not just another number in the medical system. ABSOLUTELY have found my new pcp. Bonus points for the app to track your visits, results and such made it very easy to go to referral specialist who uses same app so easily able to track all appointments and results.
I had an appointment in Dr. Hoffman’s office at 1:45pm and took forever to been seen. I left the office at 2:30 because I was never seen. So unprofessional.
Have a negative covid test, after the US basically declared COVID being over. Needed to get check up after being diagnosed with pneumonia. Was told I needed to redo my Covid test to be seen. It not 2020 dude.
