Management doesn’t care about the residents I have lived here for almost a year. This place is not kept clean and there is garbage leaks from their valet garbage throughout the building hallways and outside the building. The units leak inside when it rains and they refuse to test for mold when it clearly shows signs of mold from water damage. Office management will ignore any complaints.
What's not to love?! Not only do you receive access to two pools, two gyms and two clubhouses, you have access to plenty of restaurants and entertainment establishments! The staff is amazing! They made finding my new home such an easy process!

Best place to live!!! I lived at The Boulevard for 4 years and it was one of the BEST places I have ever lived! If it wasn't for my job relocating me, I would've lived here as long as I could! I would highly recommend! From office staff, to maintenance, to DOUBLE the amenities, walkability, etc. you really receive the full package!! 10 out of 10!

Will Miss Oakley Station We just bought a house and will be moving out soon, but we loved living here the last 2 years. Beautiful apartment and great location. The staff have been great. Very friendly and helpful. And they always had lots of dog treats for Moe!!
You can find better. Convenient location and it's nice having a Kroger in the building; however, dealing with maintenance issues is constant and the leasing manager is extremely condescending. Everything was nice in the beginning, and it has quickly gone downhill. For being a "luxury" apartment maintenance (except for Cliff- he's the best) and dealing with management is subpar at best.
Very expensive, not very nice I cannot recommend living at The Boulevard at Oakley Station. I will start with the cons of this apartment complex: Packages frequently lost or stolen - to find any package shipped to you, you generally have to look in the following areas: package room, both entrances to your building, outside of your apartment building, the front office, or outside your apartment door (if you're lucky). Will miss living here I lived here 3 years and will miss the staff and everything this small town vibe had to offer. Lindsay was quite possibly the kindest leasing manager I've met.
