ASSOCIATIONS BEWARE - This company should be called SUBOPTIMAL COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT! THEY ARE THE WORST! PICK SOMEONE ELSE! Check out Crummack Huseby! Terrible customer service. They don’t get anything done.
Our community has had the worst luck with this Property Management Company. We’ve had three different managers in the last two years so there’s no continuity in addressing concerns. No replies to emails or phone calls. No follow up with maintenance requests. Even if a concern is looked into, it takes literally months for quotes. Now we find out they haven’t been paying for the trash pick up for the past three months. Very unprofessional company. Look elsewhere for your community needs. Update to previous review.
