Maintenance procedures at this establishment are subpar. It is advisable to document every area in need of repair with a video recording, as there have been reports of personal belongings going missing. Recently, my apartment experienced flooding, causing a lamp on the floor to burn out. Despite this being a clear maintenance issue, I was still charged $2500 for repairs. The amount of dog feces that is on the property in common areas whether it be grass (where you should be able to walk freely without worry of stepping on 10 piles of dog poop), side walks, even the parking lot etc, is concerning. Dog feces that doesn’t get picked up poses significant health hazards because they can harbor harmful bacteria as well as parasites that can infect humans and other animals.
