Moved in about 3 months ago, staff is great and the pool area is really nice! Also the playground area is great for the kids !
I love Shadow Bay it has been a great change these few 3 months! I strongly recommend to rent here!! They have excellent customer service! The people in the office are so nice! You will not regret choosing Shadow Bay as your home so quiet and peaceful!

This is the right place to be treat it like sh***t and take yout money without even looking to your aplication. The Manager has such and ugly actitude, and the girls that work in the office, each one of them has an actitude depending what color you are. I see why nobody rent in there plus. Almost all the apartments are infected with Bed Bugs and Roaches.. Thats why your rating is only 23% only. Begining with the manager and ending with the girls that work there. If you like being treated like sh*t, sleeping with rats and bugs, then this is the place for you. Every day there is a different fight outside. Living next to where they sell drugs ain't fun. I don't appreciate people knocking on my door to ask me if I'm the one that sells weed. Very poor service. Pool is not taken care of. The apartments look nice on the outside but once you move in is when you see you get what you pay for. Let me not forget, water stinks plus when you are showering it gets cold.
