I like living in the Shadows of the Bay, nice complex they do a nice job with maintenance etc and it’s chill. But one thing is the windows in the entry way on the upper level by the staircase are mad dirty and have this strange substance on the glass in 875 which is rather unsettling. I’ll be happy if I see that they got cleaned though. But overall I’d recommend Shadow Bay due to its location and nice apartments. I mess with the Bay of Shadows heavy

Had a clothes washer issue and the repair guy, Jacob, was out the next business day and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and drain the water
Jacob is so smart and diligent. He did his job without a delay and was so friendly, also carried me along during the repair. I would have given him 10 stars if Google had that. Thank you Jacob!
We moved in a couple months ago and it’s been great living here. They’re larger apartments with plenty of storage, nice sized garage space, and the option for upgraded appliances. Special shout-out to our maintenance guy Jacob, who’s always friendly and professional. He’s also on top of work orders and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible whether it’s plumbing or heating.
