At first, Dr. Sinha was attentive and responsive with our newborn, but over time that changed. When my daughter had reduced appetite and irregular stools, the office couldn’t say when anyone would call back; no one did, and we went to pediatric urgent care. The portal later showed Dr. Sinha had seen the message and requested an in-office evaluation, but that wasn’t relayed and he learned of the lapse only after I filed a complaint with the office manager. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend him or the practice.
he’s a reasonable physician, my kids like him, and he’s been accommodating with the millions of forms for schools and daycares and camps.
