Came to Josh seeking some help with a recurring shoulder injury after weeks of seeking help or failing at home using the lax/roller. Miracle worker, cannot express my gratitude enough. Wouldn’t let anyone else work on my body.
I just completed a 3 day bodywork with Josh. The first day I had a 1 1/2 hr session, second day I had a 3 hour session and the third day I also had another 3 hour session. I received the best bodywork that I have ever had! Josh really addressed my major issues. However, I do want to emphasize that Josh’s work isn’t a massage. He focuses on the fascia and he doesn’t use any oil or lotion. His work is very deep too. I would highly recommend Josh’s bodywork! I plan to return for more in November. Thanks Josh!
What can I say! Please book! You will be in the hands of a miracle worker! I have faced chronic pain for so long that I couldn’t remember what it felt like to be without it. He was attentive, informative and extremely knowledgeable. I felt decades of tension be released. I will definitely be booking again! 10/10

I highly recommend Josh, my bodywork session was a great experience! Josh is very professional, humble and a great educator. I'm an LMT and I learned so much from his work and how to work on myself too. I've never had any bodywork that made such a profound change as this! I will definitely have more sessions in the future with him!
