I had a very disappointing experience with my balayage appointment. I brought in a reference photo of exactly what I was hoping for. The stylist, Gina, told me she would “do her best” but couldn’t guarantee the result. While the bleaching itself was okay, the balayage is not blended at all—it looks patchy, uneven, and unfinished. This place is great, I like the haircut I got and my wife liked hers as well, it is a bit pricey, I had to pay 200 dollars for my Daughter who got highlights on her hair, I am not sure if that is cheap or not but my Daughter is 11 years old and I just find it a it much. Again correct me if I am wrong. All in all I like the place and would come back, it is just a bit of a drive for us.
