This review is for the receptionist/ man and woman who have answered the phone. Incredibly rude, unhelpful, and un remorseful! I have been trying for around 6 months to try to schedule an appointment in person with Dr. Aramesh. Not only was the woman receptionist extremely persistent on getting the contact info of my mother for my appt confirmation (I am an adult- 20, but it seemed as if she didn’t believe me, very very weird). I previously saw a psychiatrist for ADHD who conducted an initial evaluation, mentioned ordering further tests, and then placed me on a waitlist for months without any follow-up. In contrast, Dr. Aramesh saw me promptly, had me complete the TOVA tests at her office, and provided a clear diagnosis. She took the time to thoroughly review the TOVA test results with me, explained the treatment plan in detail, and started me on medication. Dr. Aramesh is a very strong clinical provider who is detailed and thorough with her patients. She is extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, and offers good insight and therapeutic support.
