We are very happy with the end product. There were a number of constraints with its placement which were overcome. Suggestions. Notes by quoter for the installer as in this case because it took so long to make I couldn't remember the exact position. It was placed in a slightly different position which I only remembered afterwards. It still has the functionality we needed. I have to patch a split in the timber from a screw. Very happy with the product, installation crew were great but communication with admin staff was difficult and the wait for installation was excessive, 4 months.
If I could give more than five stars.....I would! I have engaged Shadeview to do work for me over the past twelve years. At all times I have found their Blinds and Crimsafe screens, along with their workmanship to be of the highest quality. My last contract with them was signed two days before I lost my job! Peter was so understanding and offered to cancel the order and refund me in IN FULL my deposit (as I was at my wits end). I am sharing my experience to caution others who may be considering this company for repairs. It has been 5 weeks since a representative (the owner Peter) visited my property to measure and provide a quote for Venetian blinds as part of an insurance claim, yet I am still waiting for it. This delay is holding up my entire insurance process which has taken 6 years in the making and has become increasingly frustrating. Poor time management & communication. Was late for the initial appointment, i had to call to chase them. We had queries on quote; however, they never did respond to us.!! Sad!!.
