Never answer phone ; I went straight to the office, knocked on the door, and stood outside for about half an hour waiting to see if anyone would arrive, but no one showed up. However, I heard noises inside the office and the air conditioning was on.
Horrible experience ,First the walk through of the apartment was disgusting DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! I was tricked into doing an application. I was told that all I need is money and they don’t care about my back ground or Credit. I applied and they took $85 dollars from me and didn’t want to give me my refund back after I told them if I knew that I would’ve got denied because of my credit I wouldn’t have applied and the manager hung up on me. This place is the worst place to live. Full of roaches, no manager on site for monthsss. I've been trying to reach someone since August about my lease , no one never answer. Now finally someone pick up the phone and saying I need to give them 60 days. No one answer my danmm email for 45 days. Now I need to give yall 60 days notice. I just wanna leave this garbage place.
I have been here for several years and they have always been very kind thanks to the manager Kevin
