I lived here for 7 years. I recently had a car go through my apartment. I had to wait a month for them to move me to another apartment. On top of that I had to pay for another application fee. Sign another lease. All together has been close to $3,000. Make it worst. Janice has not been helpful. Rude and no compassion. Told me as long as I had the key to the apartment I had to pay rent on them days so I had to call out of work and carry all my stuff to the new apartment. So I don't get charged more money.
