Purchased some shades and a screen here a little over a year ago. Had an issue with one of the shades that should have been easily resolved, but wasn't. Thought I'd give them another opportunity as I need a couple more shades. Had a few questions and wanted to get pricing, seems simple enough. This screen company is very unreliable and I would recommend no one use them.
I was not very happy with the service who came out to measure my windows for the mini blinds. She was very unprofessional. Asked her what the measurements were for the three blinds on paper and she covered it with her computer. Thanks alot.
