Loving my new honeycomb shades. They’ve already made a difference in the room temperature and I’ve only had them a couple days. Turned out great, recommend.
Purchased some shades and a screen here a little over a year ago. Had an issue with one of the shades that should have been easily resolved, but wasn't. Thought I'd give them another opportunity as I need a couple more shades. Had a few questions and wanted to get pricing, seems simple enough. Was told no one there could help me and would have to talk with a designer, who obviously wasn't there. So no one here can answer a question?
