Communication and service from the design team was excellent- we are thrilled with our shade recommendations and color selection for shade installation on a new build 5 bedroom home. Installation was efficient and professional and completed in one day. The entire process ran quickly and met all expectations that were set forth.
We ordered five Graber shades from this company through Costco. The salesperson they sent was knowledgeable and offered real decorating advice (which we took.) When the shades came in, their installer, Chad arrived on time and installed them correctly and quickly. When we realized we hadn't asked for 'tie downs' we called the owner who shipped the parts to Chad who, again, arrived on time and quickly installed them. He made himself available seven days a week, 24 hours a day for any questions or concerns. He was able to deliver a durable product that was within our budget.
