We purchased blinds from them almost five years ago but had new windows installed and needed reinstallation. Valerie got us a same day appointment. Outstanding customer service, I would recommend them 100% for this reason.

We are longtime customers of Budget Blinds Longwood. They installed our plantation shutters years ago. We are having countertops installed in our home and the company was going to have to install 1 of them with seams. I reached out to Budget Blinds and they were on it. Came out to uninstall and reinstall our shutters to save us on the countertop issue. HIGHLY recommend this location.
I had an excellent experience with the entire team: Renee, Valerie, Anthony, Ryan and David. Professional and polite. Valerie understood my situation and made it so easy. Measurements were perfect. Renee has great communication skills as does Valerie. The installers, Anthony, Ryan and David worked efficiently and swiftly. We had just one glitch but the team managed it. Would highly recommend them!
