Does not deliver ordered products and does not answer the phone or emails -- steer clear! I tried to order 2 1/2" faux wood blinds from them and waited patiently for the ship date to come. It came and went and no update occurred on the website. A week after they were supposed to ship I emailed customer service to find out what was going on. No response. Continuing Customer – We just received our new blinds are are very happy with them. We purchased shades for our last house about six years and were happy with our first experience so we chose to use them again. I hope the cordless blinds for our new home lasts just as long.

Nice – I love our new blinds. I had a friend help me hang them and I never hung blinds before. It was easy with a drill. Don't try an electric drill. It isn't powerful enough to drive the screws into the wood. The blinds hang easily and look very classy.

Best value on honeycomb blinds – I purchased these blind five years ago for our house and one recently broke. I called shades shutters blinds and they repaired by broken string free of charge. I was expecting to have to buy a new one but all I had to do was ship it in and saved about $100. They really are the best value.

It is what it is – Our blinds arrived around two weeks after placing our order. We ordered some bamboo blinds and they came a different color than what the sample was. The color had much more red than the sample. We had to send one of the blinds back along with the sample so they could "compare". Several weeks later, Shades Shutters Blinds called back and said there wasn't anything they could do about this. The material came from a different die lot and natural grasses are not perfect. online shopping for window coverings – We ordered some faux wood blinds and they requested us to post a review about our experience. The quality is very nice, they came from Texas and we got them in one week, they are easy to install and work fine. The prices are very competitive.

Quality Company and Fast Service – We bought some cordless honeycomb shades with the top down feature which was free. They work very nicely and are extremely easy to handle and operate.

Hard to Install – I can't complain about the quality of the blinds. They are good and came quickly but the installation instructions that came with the boxes were for the wrong type of roller shade! We ordered cordless roller shades and they sent instructions for the regular ones. It was a hassle and took us an extra day to hang the blinds. You guys need videos on how to hang these things. It would make it much easier.
