Based on referrals I received, and after meeting with other shade companies, I used Shades on Wheels to install the shades in my new apartment. Barbara was extremely professional and thorough. I ended up ordering automatic (battery operated) shades for all three rooms and couldn't be more satisfied. Last month, 2 years after the initial installation, I had a problem with the operation of the shades. (The problem was of my own making). I had Barbara out to my home approximately 5 weeks ago. I needed window treatments throughout my entire home. Barbara made the process enjoyable, listening to my needs and preferences. When the treatments were ready I received a call to schedule a time for an install. All 18 window treatments were installed and ready to go in less than the 2 hour arrival time given!! My husband and I can not be happier!!!!
