The stylist, Trashel Jackson, had a raffle for braids that I won (valued at $175). Now she refuses to honor the raffle! She has canceled my appointment twice and didn’t show up the third appointment. I drove an hour to get there. She is now getting an attitude with me and wants to only give me back the money I sent in for the raffle. She owes me either the service or the value of the service.
