The first time I went here, it was great. The second time the girl did not do what I asked for but it was okay because they fixed up for free the third time they overcharged me, and tried to charge for a service I didn't even get. My hair does look great but I made it very clear what I had to spend when I sat in the chair, and somehow it was still $100 more, so I won't be going back. I just had my hair cut by Vlada and she did a wonderful job. I have long, thick, wavy hair and she took her time. She gave me nicely blended layers, and is obviously very experienced.
