I installed motorized shades with Shades by Mia Casa and absolutely love the outcome . It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end with Jonathan ( the owner ) . He was very attentive with the whole installation and programming. I absolutely recommend this company !! Great job

What a nightmare! I spent thousands of dollars on what I thought would be high-quality custom draperies, but they look cheap and were installed crooked. The installer clearly didn’t know what he was doing, leaving holes in my wall and refusing to clean up afterward. When I complained, the store acted like it wasn’t their problem. For the price I paid, I could have bought something better at a big box store.

Very disappointed with this place. The staff are unprofessional and unorganized. They lost my order twice, kept giving me different stories about where it was, and after waiting months, I finally got the wrong color. When I asked for a replacement, they told me it would take another 6 weeks! I ended up canceling, but they still charged me a “restocking fee” for a mistake that was 100% theirs.

I honestly regret ever stepping foot in this store. The sales staff seemed friendly at first, but once they got my payment, they completely stopped caring. My blinds were supposed to arrive in 4 weeks, but I didn’t receive them until almost 10 weeks later, and only after I kept chasing them down. When they finally came, the packaging was damaged, and the blinds had scratches all over them. Their so-called “manager” refused to take responsibility and told me I should just “live with it.” Never again.
