Wade is a very honest and nice guy. He found the actual problem other air conditioning companies couldn’t and replaced it for us at a great price and did it immediately. Other companies were wanting to replace the whole unit for $10k-$20k. Can’t recommend this company enough. I will be passing their info to everyone I know. Companies and employees like them should be receiving all the credit for their honest work.
Arthur has helped us out twice with air conditioner problems and he is the best. Good service and gets the job done without any "big A/C company" games. Honest and reasonable cost. I highly recommend him and will only use him for our A/C needs. Brad P. Palm Harbor.
We had love Arthur and his sons service at our home. They have always done excellent service. When we had that cold snap this year our air conditioner froze over and they were going to have to get a part for us. We never heard from them again and we have left voicemails with no callbacks.
We scheduled an annual inspection for our unit. The price was extremely fair. W le had had them out before to fix a broken part and found them to be great. I specifically asked for them to clean out the outside part. There was leaf debris and dog hair in the coils due to where the dryer vent is located. The guy said he did it. I went out there today and it clearly had not been cleaned. Not sure I would trust them again.
