We found Shademaker in a time of urgent need of landscape planning, they quickly jumped on the project, unfortunately during this time they caused a lot of tension with the nursery I was working with to where the nursery themselves wanted nothing to do with them. I tried to help resolve the tension but it only manifested into more chaos. By the end of this shademaker over charged me 700.00 for the chaos they caused with the nursery. We found Shademaker in a time of urgent need after making some impulse plant purchases. The design team quickly responded and accommodated their busy schedule to make sure we were not taken advantage of by the nursery and helped excute a flawless and epic design. The team listened to my concerns and handled every obstacle with kindness and compassion. They truly care about you as a client and will go above and beyond to help. I was referred to Shademaker by a friend here in Austin and couldn't be happier with the final result of our landscaping project in Central Austin. We started from scratch after a major remodel, and Shaney approached each obstacle with patience and thoughtfulness. The Shademaker team's expertise, creativity, and attention to detail resulted in stunning transformation of our yard and house. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Shademaker Studio is a total joy to work with. Shaney listened to exactly how we wanted to use our outdoor space, and then came back with a design that delivered on all our wants and more.
