I've lived here for 5 years. Some of these reviews are completely unfair. You can't control your neighbors, And whenever I've had a problem management was quick to address noise concerns. The place is filled with young professionals, and the few college kids I have seen are quite respectful. Any apartment if you have somebody living above you, you are more than likely going to hear them. Do you know how to solve that? Rent an apartment on the top floor. Andover’s management group has been such a kind and supportive team to me. Chase has always taken my calls and answered all of my questions. Chase is a super kind guy! The Crescent at Shadeland apartments are beautiful and well-maintained, absolutely loved my stay!
