ZERO STARS! Replacement canopy in Hunter green has faded to a yellow/green color in THREE WEEKS! I contacted Mark immediately and he condescendingly repeated that there is no warranty on this canopy. I fully realize that an outdoor umbrella will fade in a reasonable amount of time and I don't need a warranty on that! This is exactly why I'm buying a replacemen, but three weeks is not reasonable! I am disappointed in the product and the customer service. The product arrived quickly (so it gets one star) but it doesn't appear well made. The upgraded canopy edges are unevenly sewn (plus multiple uncut threads), the vent is highly wrinkled, and the whole thing is unsteady. Perhaps it's my fault for not realizing that at 5 feet tall, I would not be able to lift a manual umbrella without a step stool.
