It’s never fun having car problems when you’re 1500 miles from home and then trying to find someone that will be honest with you and get you back on the road without swindling you. I choose shade tree because of the raving reviews and we were not disappointed. They got us in immediately, diagnosed the problem, installed the new part (which they had to go get)and had us back on the road in 90 minutes!!! What a huge blessing! They are elite at communicating expectations. They are exceptional at performing work. Shade Tree is a top tier mechanic: you get what you pay for. You will only receive elite quality work, you won’t get Cheap Charlie work (if that’s what you want for your vehicle go elsewhere)
I rarely if ever feel the need to write anything about my experiences when going places, but Shade Tree Auto surprised me with how kind and informative they were. Pam thoroughly went over all the issues with my vehicle and described it so well that I almost feel like an auto pro! 🙃Pam, you’re truly a gem and I so appreciate all your help thus far!
I work on all my vehicles mechanically myself but don't have a way to mess with the tire side of things and knew my truck was having a tire issue. They gave my truck an all around inspection as any good mechanic shop should. Didn't give me some stupid list of nonsense that needed done right away just let me know of regular maintenance that I already knew needs to be done. I knew what was wrong and they fixed it. Shade Tree is awesome and I highly recommend. I really like their diagnostic service. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they explain the repair and solutions well.
Always friendly and professional. They tell me what needs to be done but also tells me what is needing priority to be fixed and what can wait. Waiting area is kid friendly too which is a bonus.
A huge thank you to Clint and his team. They have always been great at going above and beyond for all our vehicles. Especially, this Wednesday! We appreciate the service and value we receive every time.
