I love my new shades. The owner came to my home, we tried the different fabrics in both daylight and artificial light, and they did all the measuring of my non standard large windows. The shades are manufactured by a major well known company. Shade Solutions installed them, set up the remote, and set my phone up so that I can raise and lower them even from another room. Great when installed, but had a problem later with the shades and no assistance. No return calls or emails. I had to contact another Hunter Douglas distributor to assist me with my issues, which was in Utah, Kempler Design. Kempler sent me all parts needed to fix my shades.
Charlie at Shade Solutions was awesome in getting blinds that look good in our home. They fit perfectly... he stands completely behind his work. There was an issue with one of the blinds when it came in and he was super quick getting it replaced. Their pricing was also the most competitive of all the quotes I got. Would definitely recommend them !
We recently used Shade Solutions to purchase window treatments for our new home. The decorators there were most helpful in determining which product would best suit our needs. The Hunter Douglas luminettes they suggested not only solved our problem of needing privacy but also warmed and beautified the room. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, delivery and installment was timely, and we could not be more pleased with the product and the service provided by Shade Solutions.
We would recommend Charlie and his team hands down as they were amazing to work with, managed our expectations and delivered the best outdoor mesh and vinyl screens! We’ll worth our investment for our outdoor porch.
