BEWARE! After paying $15000 up front (our mistake) Don installed very damaged shutters, said they would be quick and easy to repair after installation, then ghosted us when we followed up repeatedly to get the repairs done. We even used a second email and cell phone number to get him to respond to us, which he did immediately, thinking we were a new customer reaching out. Then he said he would get to us right away to repair the damage, then ghosted us again. Now we have to hire another company to replace the damaged shutters... read more
I hired this company to put in plantation shutters back in Dec 2024. They were installed in January 2025. These shutters are absolutely beautiful however, the shutter for my back door is so close to the doorknob that it is hard to turn the door handle. I, of course, paid the job in full for a discount before the job was completed so when I discussed this with Don Glass Jr he said he could put a new shutter with a cut out so we can turn the door handle easier.
