We decided on ShadeIQ after meetings and bids with multiple contractors. Chad & Anthony are very communicative and responsive, and helpful in making very ergonic and durable design choices. Anthony was very thorough and precise in helping us select materials and design features for our new Roman Shades, and made every effort to ensure they came out to our liking which he succeeded at. I just finished a project with this company. They did a great job measuring and installing the product in a timely manner. I did receive a number of quotes and they were very competitive. I felt comfortable that they were local and they would support me in case of an issue in the future.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I believe Shade IQ deserves more than a stellar review. We had installed our Simplicity motorized shades 7 years ago and one of the shades suddenly stopped functioning recently. The company that we originally purchased the shades from assured us that all the motors had a lifetime warranty but went back on their words and bailed on us. Excellent and I will be using Shade IQ again. Anthony and Chad made the whole experience so easy and are excellent to work with. They understood my budget constraints and provided me with a host of options. Anthony even drove out to my workplace to drop off samples. These guys go above and beyond.
