Absolutely terrible!!! Cancelled our stay a few hours before check in! Don’t waste your time- unless ya wanna spend time last min finding a place!
My husband and I were initially debating between this hotel and the other one across the street - Sonesta - we ended up choosing sonesta and once we stepped foot in there, we immediately regretted it. Shade hotel had availability that same day and we ended up switching to this hotel and it was the best decision ever. The customer service by Peter was really great, Rachel too. I believe All who have booked a room should be offered same amenities and drinks upon arrival.I didn’t like that there was no self parking just valet. Other than that, hotel was very nice and great location!
