I hate leaving such negative feedback for the Dr but he hired his mother to do insurance and I have NEVER in my life been treated so badly. Called to let her know the insurance co said they didn't receive the records for my sons car accident (was trying to tell her sounds typical for an insurance co) she automatically assumed I was accusing her of not doing her job right and that she was professional.
