Service, price, quality and Honesty! Despite being quoted a fix price, once the install was done there was a particular aspect that had been allowed for (by an external contractor) which had not cost as much as they had anticipated - they passed that saving onto me of +$800!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! Thank you Scott & Michael!

Michael and the team have been amazing throughout the whole process. Michael provided detailed advice for our sail and made everything seamless. It was a quick turn around with competitive prices ensuring quality. We knew what we wanted and he exceeded our expectations. I called Shade and Sail for a quote, Mick came over in next to no time and did a quote at my business, MYUTE Rentals and gave a great price. Didn't take too long either to get the Sails made up and it all turned out great. Very happy with the finished job and will recommend if anybody asks who to use. Thank you Mick!!

Michael and the crew from Shade and Sail were fantastic. Michael installed out first shade sail back in 2004, and I was very happy to have found him again once it was clear it needed replacing. He came & measured up quickly & efficiently. He was very helpful and informative in answering all my questions. After the install, Michael gave us tips on how to put it back up, when it comes time to take it down. We are so happy with the end product, and the colour.
