I am at the very start of the building process with Shaddock, so my review will be focused on their online waitlist process, which was extremely positive. We know that Covid has created an unprecedented level of demand for new homes and the Dallas area at the same time experienced insane demand for new homes. Our business relationship started with Shaddock over two years ago. The Sales Rep. in McKinney was attentive to what we were looking for and what we were planning to accomplish following the sale of our home. He provided a level of consistent communication with clarity which stood behind the Shaddock trusted brand a month prior to closing (Jan.2021) we experienced a set back. We selected Shaddock Homes to build our new home out of many available builders. First of all their communication is horrible even their owner agreed when I tried to communicate about the horrible experience I had with the price change after they didn't honor the appointment and changed the price by $30k, second if we try to inquire about the status of the home they blackmail you by saying if you are not happy about us, take your money back and say they have lot of demand.
