The Brookhollow West was meant to be a sanctuary for refined living. Unfortunately, a recent influx of outer-ring families has brought lawn neglect, driveway clutter, and a general erosion of community discipline.
Kenneth O’Brock was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the moment we met, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He made the home tour experience smooth and enjoyable, answering all our questions with patience and clarity. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and he made us feel heard throughout the process. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate professional!
We closed on our new home in Brookhollow west by Shaddock Homes this week.I must say that Shaddock Homes is by far the best builder we have come across in Dallas area. I am writing this review mid way through our new home build with Shaddock. Despite a slow start, once Phillip Marks took on as construction manager, we’ve gotten to pre drywall stage in a breeze, which is a testament to his experience and client focus. I am confident Phillip would help us through the issues we identify and get us past the finish line as a satisfied customer.
We closed on our house last week. The entire process has been a pleasure. Ken O'Brock, our representative, was always available for questions and concerns throughout the build. Our builder, Brad McClain, has been extremely transparent and helpful with the construction of our house. He is very responsive and clearly takes pride in doing a good job.
