Dr. Shackelford took care of my father for many years until he passed away December 1 2015. There isn't a better doctor, or person around. His staff is second to none as is Dr. Shackelford just an all around great man.
After a few office visits with a PA not the ACTUAL SURGEON my mother was scheduled for a hurnia surgery. In pre- op at consent time risk of surgery and probable complications came out. Result no surgery. Reason for review is lack of communication or lack of DOCTOR seeing patients prior to scheduled procedures. Not Extremely upset but I'm sure the billing department is going to have their way . Good luck to all.
