I have been in Tennessee 5 years, and have kept dental office hopping, until now. This dental office has everything I was searching for- dentists that are experienced, a staff that is kind, and an environment that is not intimidating/comfortable. Nowadays, things are too high-tech... computerized everything, some offices even want you to sign in with tablets...and I am an old school type chick. I broke my very back molar a few days ago. Dr Shackleford gave me antibiotics n pain meds to take a few days before extraction. While putting thd 1st shot of numbing meds he jiggled my cheek which completely took the pain away. Got my tooth out easily! I almost fell sleep it was so pain free Definitely will be recommending Dr Shackleford to others. Office staff is amazing as well. Thank yall so very much!
