Cody & Davis did an amazing job putting up my christmas lights, they were quick and efficient and the final product was impeccable! Very impressed & would suggest them to anyone who values aesthetics!
My experience with this company was very disappointing. I never accepted their scope of work or quotation, yet work was carried out at my home while I was not present and without my approval. On top of that, the work I originally requested was not completed properly. In September I hired Shack Shine to clean the exterior of my home. The company rescheduled my appointment on very short notice moving it a day earlier than originally planned and because I was at work with windows open on one side of the house, the technician said he would return the next day to finish. When I came home, the siding, windows, and soffit were still dirty. Several windows had visible spots, a slug streak, and bird droppings. 1st time to use Shack Shine (Tri-Cities) and was very impressed with the customer service and the work quality of Troy and Jacob. Definitely 5 stars! They were very friendly, professional and on time. They cleaned out the rain gutters which were very full and made sure the drainage pipes were not clogged. They also did a very thorough job pressure washing the sidings and soffits. In the end, they left everything clean and tidy.
