I had a receding gum line and grafting done. I was there 3 hours and was honestly feeling fine. I didn’t need pain pills I didn’t have trouble eating. Dr. Shack was professional and kind. Explained everything even brushing and super flossing. I kept in touch with my dentist every other day and he kept looking and he raved about the graft and the build up of my gum. Very kind front desk and nurse.
I had to see Dr. Shack in regards to my receding gums and I was very nervous about the procedure. From the moment I stepped into her office, I felt at ease. Her staff is welcoming and friendly. When I was with Dr. Shack she answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what my treatment would entail. If I had to do it again, I would only see Dr. Shack!
Dr. Shack treated my teen daughter for gum swelling and we could not have been more pleased with both the outcome and Dr. Shack's professionalism. She thoroughly explained the issue and all of our treatment options. I would recommend Dr. Shack to anyone with periodontal issues. Also, I wrote a review a month ago and Health Grades removed it from their website for no good reason. This is a valid, honest review. If this one gets removed, I would question Health Grades impartiality.
Dr Shack is great! She treated me when I had an emergency while I was in Florida resolving the problem and getting me back to a happier place. I appreciated that she gave me all the treatment options, helping me to make the best decision based on health, time and cost. I highly recommend her and her caring staff. I was treated with care and sensitivity in a serene and calming environment.
Dr. Shack is a liar! She tells her patients there is cavity behind a cap when there is not. She insist that you need to remove the cap and when it comes off you need an implant. $5,000.00 of work. She also seen my wife and told her 4 years ago that she had loose teeth. My wife ran out knowing she was a quack! Please stay away from this Doctor!!!!!!
Absolutely knowledgeable and professional. My son injured his gum over a weekend. Dr. Shack immediately responded and provided me valuable feedback. She followed up to see how he was to the protocol. Highly recommended.
