Lucy the receptionist is very rude and change the price of my rooms without my consent. Hotels can't legally or ethically change the price of your stay without informing you and getting your consent. I let her know that she legally can’t do this and she kept saying she has to talk to her manager. She kept saying her manager will be in the next day when I would call her daily about this situation.
