I flew in from Boston and this was the first place I went, even before checking into my hotel. Simply the best shabu shabu I’ve found outside of Japan.

普通の昆布の入ったお湯でのしゃぶしゃぶと、辛味噌の2種類選べます。辛味噌はモンゴル火鍋の赤く辛いスープと同じです。せっかく日本のしゃぶしゃぶを食べるなら普通のオリジナルのスープが良いと思います。ハーフ＆ハーフも選べます。 美味しいですよ。
