The History of SHABUWAY began in August 2004, when Eiichi Mochizuki and Koji Kikura opened their first Shabu-Shabu restaurant in San Mateo. The name, "SHABUWAY", is a made-up word meaning "the road to Shabu-Shabu". It was named to offer customers the best Japanese style hot pot. 普通の昆布の入ったお湯でのしゃぶしゃぶと、辛味噌の2種類選べます。辛味噌はモンゴル火鍋の赤く辛いスープと同じです。せっかく日本のしゃぶしゃぶを食べるなら普通のオリジナルのスープが良いと思います。ハーフ＆ハーフも選べます。 美味しいですよ。
